DELIVERY:

Goods ordered from the shop sent by Chronoexpres or similar, For Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra through Postal Spain (blue package). The usual maximum delay is 4 working days in Peninsular Spain or 15 working days abroad and Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The information on terms of delivery is given regarding working days and counting from the day we have received the payment of purchase in accordance with the method of payment the customer has chosen.

We insure the merchandise as far as the delivery address, but we cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control such as absence of the addressee or a error in the name given, faulty address or temporary unavailability of stock, etc..

For the event that,  due to causes beyond Sabores de Andalucía control, the delivery time exceeds the maximum period,  Sabores de Andalucia, S. C. will not be held liable and therefore this will not give cause for any claim, nevertheless, we will supply the details of the transport company.


RETURNS:

If you were not satisfied with the purchase in Sabores de Andalucía, S. C.  may return the products within a period of 7 days from the date of reception. Shipping costs and collection for returns will always be to account of the client. We do not accept returns of perishable products.

Only those products returned in their unopened original packaging, intact and in condition for resale will be accepted. Any and all products returned damaged or in damaged packaging or in non original packaging will be neither reimbursed nor exchanged.

As soon as we receive it in our warehouse these products we will reimburse you the full amount by way of a personalised bank check or bank transfer.

The return of the products not in proper hygiene and sanitary conditions for consumption without entailing a health risk will be accepted as long as we receive notification within 7 days of their reception, all expenses being to account of Sabores de Andalucía, S. C.

The company does not become position of additional expenses or returns as result of specíal taxes of destiny, of customs or any similar.

In the case of faulty or mistaken product delivery by our online-shop, shipping costs shall be to account of  Sabores de Andalucia, S.C.
