PRICES:

* All the prices of products and services are expressed in Euros, US Dollars and in British Pound and include the corresponding VAT.

* The shipping costs resulting from the delivery will be paid by the customer, the transport rates include the corresponding VAT and they will be applied depending on the weight of the products and the destination of delivery.  These shipping costs are calculated automatically and are explicitly added to your order form.

* The prices of the deliveries to Canarias,  Melilla, Ceuta,  Andorra and the countries out of the EU contemplate the Import Customs Clearance, but do not the taxes, duties, fees or charges, whichever their denomination that tax the entrance of the goods in such areas, which will in all cases be to the account of the customer.

* All our boxes bear a seal to secure its contents, if you it finds broken reject the goods and put in our knowledge within 24 hours.

* Please check the goods before signing the delivery note to the carrier, if you encounter any breakage or something missing of any products in the box, please contact us know as soon as possible to make the precise arrangements and send immediately.

* As some of the products are of limited production, should any of the products purchased not be available the customer will be informed and a maximum term of 6 working days will be waited until there is in stock. If after this period there is still no stock the customer will be informed of the possibility of having this product replaced for another similar one or of similar characteristics or refunding him the corresponding amount. 

* To avoid confusions in the delivery of products not ordered by the customer with the further problem this entails, in principle, we only accept orders made through e-mail, fax and order on-line.

* We do not accept orders to be delivered to the U.S.A. due to the import restrictions on person or animal food by this country.

* The weight of the pork products will be the closest approximation possible to what is indicated, nevertheless it may suffer a variation of +/- 5% due to changes in the item conditions during transport.
